Our lead times can vary depending on your kitchen choices but we’ll always make sure this fits in with the scheduled works of your kitchen installation or home renovation.
Generally the following rules apply: 4 weeks for stock kitchens, 6 weeks for stock kitchens with special additions, 8 weeks for kitchens in the PAD colour palette, 10 weeks for kitchens in a bespoke colour.

We bring them to you. We come to your home with all relevant samples, including doors, cabinet carcases, worktops and handles. We even have mechanical samples allowing you to experience the functionality of the hinges and drawer runners.
We don’t have showrooms because we’d rather that budget went straight into the quality of our kitchens and service. If you have any questions about this part of the process please get in touch.

Following our initial consultation we check budgets and deliver a detailed proposal.
If all is agreed, we ask for a small initial payment to get into detailed design and carry out the technical survey. Once you’re happy with every detail, your cabinetry will go into production and your installation date will be booked.
We'll provide you with a detailed schedule of works that will be shared with everyone involved in the project to ensure responsibility and efficiency. We will liaise with contractors to make sure problems are fixed before they become problems and your project manager will be onsite through all major fitting stages.
We'll do a pre-install survey to reduce the risk of your project being delayed. We also have a 127-point checklist that we go through meticulously when installing your kitchen.
Finally, we believe in the sturdiness of our kitchens but we check in every year just to be sure. We’ll drop you an email to see how you’re getting on with your kitchen and we’ll come and make any minor adjustments that might be needed. We do this for 10 years.

Yes, once we have been appointed we will conduct a site survey as part of our process. A small initial payment is required to start the process, including detailed drawings and the on site technical survey which allows us to ensure the proposed works are possible in the space.

Do not worry. We will know what’s going on timing wise from day one. We’ll measure what’s already there and agree the sizes of what needs to be built with your contractors. If there is anything that cannot be sensibly guesstimated and agreed, we will leave that part of the kitchen for secondary production. We are a team.

Yes we can. However we usually only do this when it’s not part of a bigger extension/renovation, it’s more cost effective for you to give the wet-fit to your main contractor and for us to work with them.
If you’re having a stand alone kitchen renovation, we are happy to take on the associated building works including plumbing and electrics. We are a CIS registered contractor.
This offering is exclusive to kitchen clients. You can find out more about how we work with contractors and our aftercare here.

Please find our full specification of cabinetry here. Our traditional doors are typically made from solid Ash or Oak with a veneered centre panel while our modern doors are made from MDF to achieve a smooth lacquered finish.
We do have options where we can make solid timber doors from Limewood, Tulipwood or Maplewood to achieve a smooth finish but price points vary a lot here, an accurate budget is the first step for every project.
We are always up front about budgets and what’s possible which makes it much easier for you to make these important decisions. -
Yes, we have three teams of fitters who are experienced fitting our kitchens. There will also be a project manager onsite during the fitting to make sure problems are dealt with before they arise. We’ll take care of the entire process from initial sketches to final fitment.
